This place was recently renovated and is right across the street from the beach. The Sand Bar is also part of this restaurant, pretty cool Tiki bar with D.J. lounge chairs and beachy feel.

Off the beaten path of the Ave. Go here if you want a relaxed atmosphere, also allows smoking indoors but the bench seats outside is where most people congregate. Really good burgers at lunch.
