If you don't have time to go to the most famous club (Andrés Carne de Res), a good option is to go to Andres DC, its smaller version in Zona T, but with 3 floors of dance floor + restaurant service. The menu is the same.

Take the transmilenio to go to the city's main highlights or take a regular bus on the 7th, right down the Hotel to go North (Zona T, malls, Parque de la 93, embassies, Usaquén) or South (Candelaria historical center)

Best done during the morning (less probability of clouds), best combined with a visit of La Candelaria, you can reach it by funicular or foot (if you're in a particularly great shape).
