Check the Ferry schedule. "The Diamond Pass Run" and "Mailboat Run" are great. You'll cruise around the Casco Bay and see the local islands. These rides take 2- 3.5 hours.

Macworth Island has hiking trail around the perimeter. It's beautiful! Drive to the island, tell the gatekeeper you want to hike the path. They will direct you to the parking lot on the right.
