Local fisherman restaurant, runed by one family. The father and his san go fishing every day, than the mother and the grandmother will prepare it in a tipical canarian way. You can not choose "a la carte". The fish they fish is the one you can eat, but is really esquisite. Don't expect fancy restaurant, it is not, but is very clean and the service is perfect

There is a local bus company that comes to Castillo only 2 a day, so best is always to rent your own car. If you do it through internet some time in advance you can find cars for even les than 20 Euros/day,. Gas is cheaper than in Europe.
