Buffalo has recently converted abandoned waterfront space on the Buffalo River into a new attraction with activities for just about everybody. It is a major component of the Buffalo Renaissance. There are paddle board and canoe rentals, museums, naval park, restaurants, vistas of downtown, Lake Erie and the Buffalo River. It has become a venue for concerts and special events. It is a great place to walk around or hang out.
