Locals love this place. Always great coffee and great service. It's only a block from the apartment and if you hate Starbucks this is a great alternative.

It is a bit of a walk to get there as it's all the way downtown so I tend to frequent Napoli's more since it is just across the street. But for the overall taste and authentic perfect New Jersey slice - go to Tony Boloney's.

Napoli's is the closest pizza place to the apartment (it's right across the street) where you can get a quick slice or an entire pie. This is definitely one of the top 5 best pizza places in Hoboken. Napoli's is extremely reliable in delivering delicious brick oven pizza everytime. The staff is also super nice. Tons of options. I tend to like my pizza loaded with vegetables and usually get the Zucchini Primavera Pizza. It's also a nice casual eat in place and on some weeknights they have live jazz music! But Tony Boloney's is still better.

This is definitely one of the top 5 best pizza places in Hoboken. Napoli's is extremely reliable in delivering delicious brick oven pizza everytime. The staff is also super nice. Tons of options. I love playing tennis here. There are 3 hard courts!
One of the biggest parks in Hoboken. Church Square Park has a huge playground and also some of the best basketball courts in Hoboken.

This is the closest park to the apartment (about 2 blocks). It has some of the BEST views of NYC. Really great walking area right by the waterfront. Also has a big grassy area which is a nice area to have a picnic, do yoga or lay out in the sun.
There is also a little mini beach area for FREE kayaking and paddle-boarding on Saturday and Sunday from May-September.

My absolute favorite boutique in Hoboken. Only about 2 blocks away. Really cute and unique finds. The staff here is also incredibly helpful and nice.
