Lots of lovely short and long walks through native forest and next to this stunning river. In summer, there are fantastic spots to swim. Also, in the carpark is a wonderful cafe with great food. absolutely the best coffee and pies!!

This is a 2 minute drive from your accommodation. A great short walk to fantastic views of the Sounds and back to Havelock. There’s also a one hour track if you are feeling more energetic

Amazing location on the marina waterfront. Stunning on a perfect day. Simple good food. Downside is their opening hours are very random and seem to have ongoing staff issues which determines whether they open or not
