This is a great restaurant, not too out of the way. The have their own micro brewed beer and their salmon steak is delicious. Chech it out and don't forget to try the Becherovka. One of Pali bácsi's favourites.

The Kiadó pub is a a great little place to grab a quick bite or a drink. Their goulash is fantastic and they have a great hamburger if you are in the mood for something North American. It is located only about a 10 minute walk from the flat, the staff is very friendly and you may run into the local expat or two there.

The Kiadó pub is a a great little place to grab a quick bite or a drink. Their goulash is fantastic and they have a great hamburger if you are in the mood for something North American. It is located only about a 10 minute walk from the flat, the staff is very friendly and you may run into the local expat or two there.

Enjoy a cold beer and some great pub food at this cozy underground pub. Located close to Jászai Mari square on the famous Falk Miksa street. This family run business has been around for about 2 decades and if you're lucky you'll see the owners very friendly Puli dog scooting around.
Opened in 1827 this is the oldest café in Budapest. Located in the castle district close to Mátyás cathedral. It is small and cozy, you can enjoy a specialty coffee and some excellent pastries. This cozy little place is beautiful and atmospheric, it is unfortunately very touristy but still worth a coffee and pastry which are very reasonably priced.

Opened in 1827 this is the oldest café in Budapest. Located in the castle district close to Mátyás cathedral. It is small and cozy, you can enjoy a specialty coffee and some excellent pastries. This cozy little place is beautiful and atmospheric, it is unfortunately very touristy but still worth a coffee and pastry which are very reasonably priced.
