The town is closed and vibrant stalls take over. There is a food area, an epicycle /junk area, all kinds of pop ups, unusual shops, a kids open air disco and more. It is a great day out and there are bargains to be found.

Park WallThis local monument presides over Bruton. Much less strenuous than a walk up the Glastonbury Tor, it still offers great views of the town. The top is a 15 minute walk from The Little House and you can go on a little further and eat at The Roth Bar or buy a picnic in the Hauser & Wirth farm shop.
Nearby is the beautiful Wells Cathedral. it is a picturesque drive from Bruton - the cathedral suddenly appearing in front of you. Wells has lots of shops, places to eat and the local Waitrose! Well worth a visit.
