The best way to get around is to use either Public Transportation (TCL.fr) either the city bikes (Velo'v... however it's difficult to ride up the hill to Croix Rousse :)) Please check the tcl.fr and https://velov.grandlyon.com/en/home to get the newest information, as the situation in the city is very dynamic).
