Favourite Beaches
These are two gorgeous neighbouring beaches situated just down the foot path, with a playground on the way.
The water is very still and calm, making it a little bit 'warmer' and incredibly peaceful, the crowd is an organic scene of the eclectic Capetonian Experience very family and pet friendly, frequented by photo shoots out on the rocks, an elderly couple sharing some wine and snacks, a girls' catch-up picnic etc... A definite must -do.

Beta Beach

Very family friendly, famous for its colourful little wooden cabins along the water, down by the Indian Ocean, the water is warmer and calm enough to happily bob and play around. There is a beachfront cafe to enjoy a toasted sandwich or softserve on the beach, or a full seated meal in the restaurant... There is a path along the sea to stroll around the ocean front.

Fish Hoek Beach
A stop on my Drive out to The South Recommendation

Food scene
A quick block up from the Villa, notorious for it's breakfasts and baked goods, with it's coffee addictive enough to frequent local grocery shelves, to even get a cup at home.

The most incredible menu! I challenge someone to not find something to tantalize their taste buds. An extensive, eclectic fresh seafood menu, local game and a woodburning pizza oven! Even loved by locals for it's 'Morning Glory' R65.00 breakfast special. And just up the road!

Shopping for Wine
Boutiques offering wide ranges of local wines, to please even the truest connoisseur. Hosting events and tastings, to perhaps sample which winery you may want to go tour, but most certainly for collecting some souvenirs to share with the special people back home!
