The Assaranca Waterfall is hidden away. Just a "few-minutes" (approx 20mins, Irish time :P ) drive from the main road outside Ardara. But like most of Ireland's backroads the drive is narrow, winding...and beautiful!

The Assaranca Waterfall is hidden away. Just a "few-minutes" (approx 20mins, Irish time :P ) drive from the main road outside Ardara. But like most of Ireland's backroads the drive is narrow, winding...and beautiful!

The topography is rough rolling bogland and craggy low hills. Narin Strand is a sand beach approximately two kilometres long.
