The boat ramp is a local favourite for a afternoon beer and a cheese platter while watching the boats come back in.
On low tide go for a walk along the flats and do a spot of soldier crab spotting.
Occasionally, you may see some local dolphins that visit the ramp. Please do not try and pat the dolphins as their bite can hurt.
The boat ramp also a nice quiet spot to drop a line in.
The sandflies are known in this area, it is best to take some aero guard for protection.
