This is a great place for artisan foods that are slightly overpriced but taste amazing. There are lots of tourists and natives that come here too so it can get a little crowded especially on weekends.

This is my favorite museum in SF! The building is almost more interesting than the art, but they usually have a visiting exhibit that's worth looking at. Their cafe is also great to sit outside at.

Essentials
This store has every organic grocery need you'll ever want. Park on the street rather than parking garage. The staff are very helpful though it's a little pricy. Good hot foot and salad by the pound.

This is another great grocery store that's much cheaper than Whole foods and has more pre-packaged foods including salads. The entrance is on 9th street in the middle. I'd recommend parking at a meter

This store will give you a real flavor of hippies / hipsters and has bulk foods, granola, produce but no meat. It's a very San Francisco experience!
