If you would like a relaxing beach day I realy recomend praia da Parede.
This beach is not very touristic and is known almost by locals.
Here you can have a drink with sea view or have some nice sunbaths. But remember... always use sun cream :)
Very recomended for families with children.

Today is a place where you can catch a glimpse of these amaising palaces. During your day you can have a nice meal in downtown.
On summer there are often sunset parties where you can drink a cofee, a beer or a cocktail beside the sea.

Cascais is an old fisherman town that was inhabited by nobels in 19th century that built some palaces in all town.
Today is a place where you can catch a glimpse of these amaising palaces. During your day you can have a nice meal in downtown.

If you come by car I recomend you to spend a day in Sintra (or at least half a day).
Sintra is a quiet town in the midlle of a mountain range. on this mountain you can found and visit some victorian palaces buil on 19th century and a mourish castle. the town of Sintra is tipically portuguese where you can eat nice local sweets (queijada de Sintra and travesseiro de Sintra). You can as well have a promenade in a horse-drawn carriage throw the town and the mountain.
