Enjoy the Fête des Lumières from my cute cocon !
Full apartment with a principal room (bedroom/living room), a kitchen, a small balcony, private toilets and a small bathroom.
My flat is located in the Boulevard de la Croix Rousse at the 5th floor without elevators, next to the subway station (5min) and different bus. It's well oriented (south) and bright (sun all day) and offers a great view of Lyon.
The kitchen is fully equiped (hot plates, small oven, washing machine).
In the main room, there is a part for the bedroom (double bed, a "chaise longue" to enjoy the view) and a part for the living room with a sofa bed for a third person, a desk and an amp to listen to music. There is a small balcony which joins the main room and the kitchen.
Separated toilets and small bathroom with a shower.
Windows with shutters oriented on the main street and the Fourvière basilica.
Sheets are furnished. If you need some towels or gel shower/shampoo, please let me know.
The flat is very well located in Croix Rousse neighborhood. From tuesday to sunday, you can enjoy the marché with fresh food and good products. It takes place on the boulevard "at the building feet". They are many shops, cafés and restaurants. The museum of silk is around, and le Mur des Canuts, the biggest trompe l'oeil of Europe, is at 10min by feet.
The entire flat.
Most of the time, I'm in Paris. So, I will put you in touch with a friend who will give you the keys, or drop the keys at the Paddys Corner (a pub between the metro station and the flat).
I will stay reachable by phone or by mails if you have any questions or problems.
I accept arrivals until 2 am.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION :
The hot water tank is a bit small. So don't hesitate to push the button on 1 on the electrical board in the corridor of the flat.
If it's too cold, you can turn up the heating. Don't forget to turn it off before leaving the flat.
This is my personal flat so I ask you to respect it (and the neighbours) and to not open the furnitures with a red string (private).
Be carefull with the amp. My boomers are big so please, don't listen to music too loud.
Please, take out the trash before leaving the flat.
You can take some food in the cupboard of the kitchen (but please, don't eat everything...). I always let some food for your breakfast (also milk, tea and coffea).
