A charming, traditional house, located in the center of Glossa village, Skopelos, completely refurbished in 2013. Furnished with a blend of modern and vintage furniture and equipped with all modern amenities. Great unobstructed sea view in a quiet location.
The house in ideal for a company of friends, or two families traveling together or 3 couples, as it allows for autonomy coupled with spaces for common living.
The house is built on three floors. On the top floor you will find 2 bedrooms (one is for children, as it is small), a bathroom, the dining room, the living room, the kitchen and a veranda, with a BBQ and magnificent sunset views. On the middle floor there is a large living area, that converts into a bedroom, a bathroom and a veranda with sunset views as well. The middle floor has independent entrance-exit. On the lower floor (which is the coolest, since two sides of the building are underground) there is a very large bedroom with a bathroom.
You can have access to the whole house.
There is an English-speaking caretaker, available throughout your stay in order to show you around the house, solve any problems that may arise or help you with any questions you may have. This person is on call 24/7.
I live in Athens and spend part of my vacation in Skopelos, so if I happen to be in the island the same days that you are it will be a pleasure to meet you.
There is a 5 min. walk from the parking area to the house. At some points it is a bit uphill or has steps.
Since the house is in the center of the village, music or voices must be at a minimum between the hours of 3-5 p.m. and after 12 midnight.
I love Havana, Paris, Rome and parts of Athens.
I can't live without coffee, red wine, chocolate and my family.
Other than homemade Greek food, I love Italian, Chinese and Japanese food.
I hate all inclusive hotels and love to get to know locals, their way of life, their culture and food.
