We want you to have a great time in our city, but not to the detriment of those living in close proximity. With that, please observe the following house rules:
-There is no smoking in the unit or on the property. Smoking will result you being asked to leave without reimbursement and pay an additional cleaning fee of $250.
- Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday: 9pm-8am Friday and Saturday: 11pm-10am
- We charge an extra $50/guest/night after two guests. For groups who choose not to disclose additional guests, we may charge double the normal fee. In cases where we feel trust has been compromised, we may choose to ask you to leave without reimbursement.
- We understand that to many people, pets are members of the family. We occasionally accept pets but we do charge for them as if they were an extra guest ($50/pet/night).
- Any complaint that results in a valid police visit may result in you being asked to leave without reimbursement.
-Please be aware of noise levels any time, day or night. In Portland, as with everywhere in the country, short term rentals are under scrutiny. Please be a good steward for the short term rental community so we can all continue to benefit from it.
-Please understand you are financially responsible for any damage done to the space or any of the appointments therein. If you notice damage, please let us know within two hours of check-in so you are not held responsible.

I am a fun, outgoing Maine guy who has worked hard to renovate my 1890 building and to create modern and luxurious accommodations for others to enjoy. I like hiking, traveling, biking, shopping, traveling, walking, jogging, healthy eating, family get togethers and being with my group of friends. I love hosting people from all over the world, in addition to regulars from New York City, Boston, and New Jersey, Washington DC and Florida. I am open to all people from millenials to baby boomers. I love what I do and my doors are open to all nice people. I enjoy trying to match peoples' experiences with their diversity of interests and guaranteeing they are happy they chose to stay in one of my apartments!
Since I work on the building every day, I am always here to answer questions or handle any problems that may arise. Most hosts use Airbnb as an extra income. For me, my guests are my business and priority. Cheers!
