The suite is located on the street floor of a historic building (sec. XIV) completely rennovated, directly overlooking the sea. The building enjoys a privileged position in the heart of the old town of Monopoli. The structure (entirely conditioned) offers bed and breakfast service on the terrace facing the sea, as well as daily maid service.
The accommodation is ideal for couples, consists of a comfortable double bedroom with large dressing room / closet with safe, a furnished hallway and a bathroom with shower.
The breakfast area, with large terrace, enjoys a unique seaview across Monopoli.
The accommodation is independent from the rest of the house above.
The breakfast area is available with internal elevator during the agreed time for breakfast.
The upper terrace of the house is available to guests during the day, sunbathing on the loungers or have lunch with foods or with catering.
The owner or a member of his family, will be always available for every need, in fact, living on the upper floors of the house from which you access from the door next to the one of the guests.

-The Owner, on request, with free use of hotel guests, two bicycles to travel the long bike path along the main access to the beaches and bays.
-The Guests traveling by car can take advantage of parking in the garage for € 5 per day. The garage is a 10-minute walk from the B & B.
•Guests, on arrival, they are required to deliver to the owner appropriate identification documents to all members of the household, so that she can carry out the registration requirements for the Police.
•When guest are not booking through tour operators, upon arrival must pay in cash the full cost of the stay. (You cannot pay with credit cards or checks).
•The visitor's tax imposed by the city of Monopoli is € 1 per person per day stay is never included in the cost of booking and must be paid to the owner for cash before departure, against receipt, along with any extras (taxes are not included for children up to 12 years and for the handicapped).
•No smoking all over apartment, except on the terraces.
•Animals are not allowed.
•The breakfast area is available from 8 am to 10 am; Only b&b guest are admitted unless owner’s authorization; Use the lift to reach that area.
•During de summer months it is allowed guest access to the upper terrace, up at 19 pm, subject to the right of the owner to prevent access, for safety reasons, in case of his absence from home for any reason.
•Guests are welcome to enjoy meals purchased from third parties on the upper terrace. Please do not leave food scraps in order to prevent the arrival of insects, birds, etc..
•Please switch the air conditioning on when you are in and be sure that the windows are closed.
•Do not use the hot plate to cook; use it only to make coffee/tea because of the lack of an extractor fan.
•The use of the washing machine is allowed to guest that booked for long period otherwise please contact the owner.
•Room will be cleaned from 10,30 am to 12,30 am, guest are not allowed in room by this time.
•Sheets are going to be changed weekly whereas towels twice a week.
•It is forbidden to carry out the room objects and furnishings supplied, including towels. On request, we will be provided beach towels in blue that you can take to the beach.
•If the door key is going to get lost the owner must credit on guest account the charge for substitution off it.
•It is recommended not to throw anything in the toilet, no paper towels, no sanitary napkins, because the services are provided by a centrifugal pump that would freeze.
