The condominium building itself is located in the heart of Cebu City. There are lots of prime establishments that you can access easily. Restaurants, ranges from fine dining, brasserie & bistro, affordable buffet & cafeteria, coffeehouses, tabletop cooking, mongolian barbecue, pub, teppanyaki-style, name it, you will have it! Churches you can visit and learn its history. You can walk around and do sight-seeing in the heart of Cebu!

Sports-minded peeps, at the back portion of the building is tennis court.

The baseline condominium is situated in the heart of the city. Just a walking distance to Robinsons Mall, Cybergate mall, Chong Hua Hospital, as well as the Redemptorist Church. It is also near the historic Fuente Osmeña Circle.

I stayed a couple of night's in Ninez' condo unit which is a very nice place. Ninez was also very friendly and in fact on the first night we went for dinner with her partner and got on well. However my stay was marred by three things. First the bathroom had not been properly cleaned: in particular toilet bowl, glass shelves, hair in the shower tray. There were also opened food items in the fridge. Secondly there were a couple of annoyingly placed shelves. As I am tall, if I bent down it was very easy to the gouge my head on the way up on the sharp edges of the shelf above the table: I did so more than once! There was also a shelf near the door which I did manage to avoid but again not cleverly placed. But the third item was the killer. I had a not unsizeable sum of money stolen from my room. The plot reads like something from James Bond or Mission Impossible. The condo is guarded inside and out. Every room is covered by cctv. I was lulled into complacency. What I didn't count on was an inside job. When I discovered my money was missing I went to the manager and together we reviewed the cctv tapes. Shortly after I went out the camera covering my room had switched off. At that point the maintenance room camera shows the maintenance man at the controls. He then goes upstairs and disappears into my corridor for 2 and 1/2 minutes. He then reemerges, goes down to the control room and my camera switches back on. To me it was an open and shut case but the police said because they didn't see the man actually going into my room they couldn't pursue the matter. There also has to be an accomplice. The owner gave the key to the guard who gave it to the head of admin to pass onto me. At some point, not necessarily on this occasion, a duplicate must have been made and then passed on to the maintenance man. They told me it was the first time it had happened. Maybe. And maybe it will never happen again but as a result of my experience I cannot recommend this condo unit. I have advised Ninez to change the locks and in future to hand over the key personally. But it would still be possible for a bogus guest to duplicate the key and pass it on. Hopefully as I made a big fuss, they will think twice about trying the same trick in the future! Incidentally when I reported the matter to Airbnb they said that GUESTS are not covered by the much vaunted $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) cover they love to publicize. Something for Airbnb guests to bear in mind!

We had a great experience while staying at Ninez's studio. The place was so near to everthing, very accesible! When you ridea taxi to the malls it will only cost you P50. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. The studio was so homey, nice, neat & clean! We feel comfortable there and everything that we need was already prepared by Ninez. There's a viewwing deck on the 17th floor and a pool on 3rd floor. If you are looking for a place to stay which is very accessible to everything, this is what you are looking for! I don't have negative comments about the studio because it was really new hehehe and no insects or flies!
