Situated between the airport and downtown, this convenient 2 bedroom 1 bath condo with private parking is just 8 minutes from the airport, 2 miles from downtown/Salt Palace/Vivint Smart Home Arena and 20-25 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton or Solitude, or 30 min to Park City!
My cozy Salt Lake City condos are my trendy, fun, home-away-from-home. I hope they can be yours too.
When I travel, I want all the amenities of home. I’m a suburban girl with urban tastes, so I like to have easy access to the airport, easy access to downtown and a short drive to the best skiing in the world. I furnished these condos when I lived in California and am now a Salt Lake City resident.
I work in downtown and serve on the board of our complex and know my neighbors well (and they know me!). Feel comfortable knowing you'll have me close by to help out and lend you a hand it you need it.
Each unit is in the same complex, next to each other, conveniently nestled just 8 short minutes from the airport and just 2 miles from all the downtown activities. You can get settled in, right after arriving in town. Additionally, you will have gated parking for your vehicle and one dedicated space per unit. When you enter into the condo, you’ll feel right at home.
Each condo has the same layout with the same features and amenities, but different decor. One has beautiful granite counters and new kitchen cabinetry, while the other has rich, warm earth tones, warm carpet, and lovely mosaic tile in the kitchen. Both are remodeled bathrooms and kitchens with standard appliances, comfortable Queen beds in the master, and full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Linens are included for all the beds and I provide towels for up to 4 people. We're also now baby friendly! with a Pack 'n Play and high chair available to you, should you require them, if traveling with little ones.
Each unit has new, efficient portable heaters to ensure your comfort in the winter. I love circulating air, so I had beautiful, quiet ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms and the dining area to keep air flowing nicely throughout the unit, in the winter, summer, spring or fall.
Enjoy having your privacy with all the amenities you need, without the high price of boring, expensive hotels. Definitely better priced than a hotel suite, with far more to offer! My dedicated cleaning lady keeps these condos very clean with professional pride. Each unit features two flat panel TV's a DVD player and WIFI throughout.
The master bedrooms are furnished with real Queen size beds. The second bedrooms are furnished with real Full size beds. The sofabeds pull out into a TwinX bed (up to 69") and in each unit, a twin foldaway bed is also available in the closet of the 2nd bedroom. In addition, in each unit, the 2nd bedroom is furnished with a small desk to get some work completed, or to set up your laptop when you need to get online; the units are WIFI enabled. Two of the three units have a washer and dryer (please ask if the unit you want has a W/D), a fully stocked kitchen featuring new, electric ranges, new dishwashers and new refrigerators! Coffee maker, teapot, toaster, microwave oven and everything you need to cook and serve your delicious meals. Tupperware is also available for your use to pack leftovers in if you are on the run.
Minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, this is an ideal location. Not "IN" downtown but just a short 2 mile drive, you’ll have access to the best dining Salt Lake City offers, great museums, grocery stores and shopping at the City Creek Center. Oh! and a Trader Joe's just opened a few miles right up the road. YAY!
If you are here for business, you are just 2.33 miles/8 minutes from the Salt Palace Convention Center and have quick access to the I-80, I-215 and I-15 freeways. If you aren't interested in renting a car, no worries. A 10 min taxi from the airport, and you can catch the 516 bus around the corner and it takes you just a block from the Salt Palace or other convenient, downtown locations. Maps of the bus route and local ski areas are available in my directories located in the unit.
Whether it be for a sporting event, business meetings, a conference, LDS activites or Temple, these affordable condos are just a quick 10 minutes from all the downtown activities. For skiers looking to save some money, it’s just a 20 minute drive to the best snow on earth at Snowbird & Alta, Brighton & Solitude. Or for more winter action, just a 30 minute drive to Park City, Deer Valley & the Canyons. Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are just up the I-15 too (see my Ogden rental for these ski areas). Summertime brings great hiking, biking, fishing or day trips to Utah’s world-famous canyons.

I prefer to leave my guests alone during their stay, but if they need me I am only a call, text, or email away (text or email preferred). I travel often but make myself available as much as I can if needed.
There is a great farmer's market in Washington Square downtown on Saturdays (400W & 400 S) . Definitely worth checking into if you have the time or interest during the summer. There is also a winter farmer's market at the Rio Grande every other Saturday.

I have four condos listed on AirBnB. Two in Salt Lake City. one in Ogden, UT and the other in Murfreesboro, TN. I LOVE my vacation homes! They are ALL my babies. I don't have kids, so I visit and stay (and live) in each of my condos routinely to make sure they are maintained in good care, are functional and continue growing in a way that provides joy to my guests (and to me) who stay.
When I travel to visit, I want all the amenities of home. My SLC condos are very cool and have been a joy to decorate and to personally experience. Bigger than a 2 bedroom hotel suite, but compact enough to feel like everything you need is close by. Easy access to the airport, to the freeways, to downtown (just a $10 cab drive incl. tip!) and 20 minutes to get anywhere. If you are attending a trade show or conference at the Salt Palace, there is a bus right around the corner that takes you to downtown, if you don't want to rent a car.
I purchased property in TN because in the early 2000's, I wrote music and had my songs professionally produced. (I'm pleased to say I have two songs signed in the UK!) So, I bought a place there thinking I'd be spending more time for my music, but life took a turn. So, my condo is now a vacation home and I just love coming to town, visiting my friends, pitching a little music and staying at my beautiful home there. It is very spacious and has furnishings I've always wanted (like a chaise lounge in the living room) and lovely, high end, counter style dining room. Plus a desk in the master bedroom!
I’m a suburban girl with urban tastes, so I hope my guests like my style. As I discover something great, or a tasty dining option, and especially when my guests do, I have a condo directory I like to add to, but it currently includes everything you can imagine, including directions to the nearest Costco, Walmart and liquor store!
I like the creature comforts of home and have furnished the condo to reflect these needs. I continue to learn from my guests from their feedback, and where possible, make improvements so that hopefully the next guest will benefit from the great ideas of others. When you stay at my place, it is my goal that you walk right into easy living so that you can focus on family, your destinations, and simply to have a great experience during your visit.
