Let the spectacular view of some of Calgary's skyline entertain you as you close your eyes, or hide it away behind blackout curtains. The Condo has all stainless steel appliances including Fridge, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher framed in gorgeous wood counters. Along with your pwn private bath this is a perfect space for your Calgary stay on business, to catch a local game/ event, or just to get away and enjoy the city next to the Rockies.
* I'm away often traveling and work most evenings when I'm home, at a local restaurant, so you'll have the space to yourself most often. If I am away and an emergency does occur, I do have people in the building that can assist with anything you may need.
* please note there is some construction going on in the neighborhood, and an apartment building going up across the street. There is some slight noise during the day but it's mostly concealed buy the thick windows and full concrete/brick construction of the is building.
Guests have access to the entire place; balcony, bbq, a fully stocked kitchen boating everything you'll need for any cuisine challenge, and laundry. All the little things you may need are included during your stay, like soap etc. You have your own bedroom (which has blackout privacy drapes) and your own bathroom with a rock pebble floor and rain shower. You also have the ability to lock both your main doorway and French doors for added privacy and security. *I'm away often and I work most evening at a local restaurant so you'll have the place to yourself most of the time, but please remember I do liver here sometimes so please respect the space and its contents and I of course will respect yours :)
Along with the park across the street there are 3 tennis courts available as well. Just steps away you'll also find, a public library, Memorial Park, bike paths, both rivers (The El Bow and the Bow) and our C - Train System.
I try to read my clients as best as I can. I understand the merits of both having the ability to be fully independently with little interaction from the proprietor as well as having the help of a local to guide to the must have areas and restaurants. Respect for the apartment and its belonging will be kindly appreciated. Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) in the apartment a fine of $200 will be taken from your deposit.
No other people other than those booked for are permitted in the apartment. Therefore parties are not allowed in the apartment. Police may be called by the building manager or neighbors and fines will be issued for excessive noise after 11pm-meaning loud music, large groups, etc.
- Shoes off at the front door please
- Turn the lights off when not in use
- Close and lock the door when you leave the house
