I am a trained fashion designer turned Yoga Student/Teacher that used to live in NYC. I currently based myself in Taipei, Taiwan but have live in places like Kuala Lumpur and various places in the US. I enjoy meeting people as well as spending time alone wondering around new areas in the any traveling cities. I blog about my own yoga journey that usually includes yoga and meditation practice, traveling, food, designs and lifestyles.
The style of yoga I practice and teach is Iyengar-inspired hatha yoga with a therapeutic focus. So far my yoga trainings has taken me to several places around the world. I enjoy connecting with fellow yogis and share wisdom about the practices as it related to life.
I speak Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, English fluently, some Malay and Japanese and currently studying French.
