The cottage is set in a quiet courtyard but only minutes away from great pubs, restaurants and superb sandy beaches .

We are happy to accept dogs and an additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested on booking.

Barnaby's Lodge was built in 1640 and has the added benefit of its own courtyard garden.
Free parking is available on the eastern Esplanade only 2 mins walk away.

Broadstairs has been voted THE BEST SEASIDE TOWN in the South East to come and stay.

This unique cottage offers 2 bedrooms, and can comfortably sleep 4 people.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a comfy double bed.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating for 4 persons.
The lounge has faux leather sofa's, a television with DVD and WI-FI is included.
The bathroom has a bath and shower which completes the accommodation.
Outside there is a courtyard garden with patio table and chairs. The garden is secure and child friendly, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the sunshine, with a glass of wine.

There is also free parking on the Eastern Esplanade which again is only a couple of minutes' walk away.

There are seven golden sandy beaches to visit, these include Viking bay, Joss bay, Botany bay and there are smaller more secluded beaches if you prefer.

If you fancy a game of Golf on our famous golf courses, or a day out boat fishing, or even a trip to france for the day it is all here.

Steeped in history this cottage was built in 1680 and was used by the smugglers, there is still the secret door in the lounge that they used to escape from the custom officers. Parts of this cottage are built out of chalk blocks carved out of the local cliffs with flint and old oak ships timbers, really anything they could find on the beach.

The cottage is set in a quiet court yard with everything on your doorstep. You really could not wish for a better location, it is tucked away from any noise of traffic. Quaint shops, great pubs, restaurants and superb golden sandy beaches are all only a minutes' walk away.

We have lived in Broadstairs most of our lives so know both the area and all it has to offer very well.

I have been in the hospitality trade for over 20 years now. I fell in love with this cottage when I was renovating it and I now have great pleasure in managing this one and two others that are on this web site.
