Located in the Center of Waikiki, this Newly Appointed studio apartment sleeps up to 4 Adults with a Full Kitchen and Parking.

Many of the newest shops, restaurants and activities are just outside this building in the center of Waikiki.

The beach is just over a block away.

Crakin Kitchen - the only Cajun Seafood restaurant in Waikiki is located on the Lobby Level.


We provide starter supplies including hotel-sized soap, shampoo, moisturizer, toilet paper, paper towels. Additional supplies can be purchased across the street at the ABC Store.

Linens and towels are provided, but only checkin/checkout cleaning is included. For your convenience, Pay Laundry Facilities are located on each floor.

A Hotel Safe is in the apartment for storage of valuables.

Convenient keyless entry system.


If guests arrive for checkin after 10pm, the Building Security will let you in. Dial 0101 at the lobby enterphone to have the Security Officer escort you in.

Our guests can access the Laundry Facilities located on each floor. A pre-paid laundry card is required in order to pay for use of the Washer and Dryer.

The Pool is located on the 4th level.


Minimal interaction by Owner.

Building Staff can handle most issues or concerns.

If on-site staff cannot handle the issue, the owner will step in. He is located only 20 minutes away.

The Front Desk in the Lobby is available 7 days a week during business hours. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-3pm.

Phone numbers will be provided upon check in.


If you use our parking space, you MUST register your vehicle so it doesn't get towed away.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Matt's condo. It is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki! We loved that it is walking distance to Marukame Udon (our fave!). The parking spot was an added bonus. Matt is very detail oriented, personable and was accommodating to our needs. Mahalo Matt!

The unit is in a great location and Matt was a great host who provided quick responses whenever I had a question. We rented a car and the included parking space was a great amenity. This was one of the very few units we could find with a king sized bed. I would not hesitate to recommend this place or Matt as a host to anyone!

Matt's place is a great location. Within a block to Waikiki beach, and is downtown if you're looking to be in the middle of the action. The room itself was super quiet and the bed was super comfortable as well. Matt left us a bag of Hawaiian coffee and chocolates as well. Definitely would stay here again!

I stayed with my family, 3 of us, in Matt's place. The location is great, central in Waikiki. The building is like a combination of hotel/apartments all in one. Locals live there, all who were very nice and friendly, as well as tourists. A bulding manager is in the lobby, in case there's questions/issues. It is located on the corner of Kuhio and although not beach front, you just need to walk a couple blocks to get to the beach. Super close! There's tons of restaurants, shopping and ABC stores all around, that's why it's in a GREAT central location. If you know how Waikiki looks like (the hotel area), this place is just about in the middle. There was Ross store right across the street, HM down the block, really a great location for the price. The plus is that you get parking included! I had a rental car the entire week and it was VERY convenient to have a designated stall to go to and not need to pay extra, as you would in all hotels. The parking stall was right outside, around the corner of the building on a side street and very convenient to the entrance. Although it was an outdoor stall, we had no issues at all with our car. There's a security camera right above the stall and the building manager does check on it. As for the apartment itself, it was very accurate from what the pictures show. Has a Cute balcony to drink your morning coffee or sit in the cool night. I'm a bit of a neat freak and this place was very clean - I was impressed by the cleanliness. The queen size bed was very comfortable! I slept on the sofa bed and it was fine too, not an issue for me. The AC was a bit loud (if you're a light sleeper) but I slept just fine. The apt was spacious enough for 3 of us. Has a full fridge, full sized stove, cooking utensils, pots/pans, coffe maker and coffee, dishes/cups, etc. Perfect to cook your own meals and save $ in Waikiki, if you want that option. There's a little vanity area outside the bathroom, which is a plus if there's multiple girls :). The bathroom was also VERY clean, which I appreciated! There was cleaning supplies provided if you wanted to clean during your stay [just saying :)] Plenty of drawers/counter space for toiletries and make-up, good shower pressure too. Let me tell you the towels were of good, thick quality! Not often do you get that in Airbnb's...and it was a full set (washcloth, hand towel, bath towel) for each person! There was also good beach towels provided that smelled nice :). Overall this place is a great deal for the price! It's clean, spacious, has parking, couple blocks from beach and great central Waikiki location. What more do you really need? Matt responded within hours, so very responsive if you need to communicate. Honestly,...

Great location and wonderful host! Unit is accessible to everything, from beach to shopping and restaurants. Area is very walkable but also accommodating for a car since there is an assigned parking spot available. Check-in and -out processes were simple. Would definitely rent this unit again!

This was our fourth time at the Marine Surf. Upon planning our trip in spring I was instantly hooked when I saw Matt's new listing and glad that he showed availability. We couldn't have been happier. Working with Matt was wonderful - he is very professional, quick in his replies and extremely helpful. The condo was all we could hope for and more - clean, well stocked and very tastefully furnished. The king size bed is heaven and we loved the decor of the unit with all the details. The free parking (and WIFI) is a huge plus in expensive Waikiki and the beautiful view from the Lanai an extra plus. We highly recommend Matt and would love to return to his unit next time. Mahalo!
