We provide starter supplies including hotel-sized soap, shampoo, moisturizer, toilet paper, paper towels. Additional supplies can be purchased across the street at the ABC Store.
Linens and towels are provided, but only checkin/checkout cleaning is included. For your convenience, Pay Laundry Facilities are located on each floor.
A Hotel Safe is in the apartment for storage of valuables.

If guests arrive for checkin after 10pm, the Building Security will let you in. Dial 0101 at the lobby enterphone to have the Security Officer escort you in.
Our guests can access the Laundry Facilities located on each floor. A pre-paid laundry card is required in order to pay for use of the Washer and Dryer.
The Pool is located on the 4th level.
Minimal interaction by Owner.
Building Staff can handle most issues or concerns.
If on-site staff cannot handle the issue, the owner will step in. He is located only 20 minutes away.
The Front Desk in the Lobby is available 7 days a week during business hours. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-3pm.

If you use our parking space, you MUST register your vehicle so it doesn't get towed away.
