Ross and I are avid fisherman and have been camping and fishing in and around Pukenui for the last 20 years. We love the fact that we can choose to pick pipis on 90 Mile Beach, swim at the (surf) beaches close by or fish in 2 of the most beautiful harbours within a stones throw from the house.
The golf course just up the road has gobbled more golf balls of mine than I care to remember which actually translates to me being a rotten golfer!!!
Our children have all grown up camping and fishing in the area and continue to return because of the peaceful, yet adventurous, location.
We have all traveled near and far and love to meet people from other places.
