This cheerfully sunny efficiency-size apartment is tucked inside a second-story addition at the rear of my 137-year-old Victorian home. You'll rest well in this cozy aerie that provides all the comforts of home. From its prime location in the Short North Arts District, you are in easy reach of the OSU campus to the north and downtown to the south. As of July 24, 2017, the apt. offers cable TV and 500 mbps Internet service.
Quiet time is 10 pm - 7 am.
I was born in Kentucky but bred and educated mostly in Ohio. After 30+ years living in the Washington, DC, area, this single 61-year-old youngster is back in Columbus, OH, renovating an ancient house (not something I saw happening, LOL) and getting very interested in homesteading. I was drawn back primarily for family reasons, but also because of the enormous riches this amazing big little city has to offer. I couldn't live without art, music, books, or travel (after family, of course). My life motto, if I have one, is "Barn's burnt down. Now I can see the moon."
