A modern, professionally-managed 3 bed flat in trendy East London -close to Shoreditch, Hoxton, Old Street, Brick Lane, Dalston and Angel. Just 10 minutes from Haggerston station, one stop from Hoxton and two from Shoreditch (two of London's trendiest areas), this is a newly built development with all the amenities you could want and it a has a glorious penthouse view looking over North London from the balcony. Two good sized double bedrooms and large living room with very comfortable sofa/bed.
This is a spacious two bedroom flat on the top floor of a seven floor building giving an impressive view of London. The third bed is in the living area an is a very comfortable pull out sofa which coverts to a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom worth both bath and shower. Both bedrooms are of a good size - the master overlooking the balcony and the second bedroom has a very cool raise double bed. The lounge is bright and airy and the views over North London can't be beaten.
Guests will have sole access to the whole apartment. The closet and wardrobes are in use, but there are lovely self-standing wardrobes for you to use as well as all normal amenities.
We will be there to greet you on arrival and available throughout the rest of your stay via telephone to help with questions / anything you might need during your stay :) If you have a problem that demands greater attention, we live locally and will be there as soon as possible to help you address it.
Parking is available at just £3.30 a day for a guest resident parking permit. Heating is controlled by a clever wall thermostat. There is a wall mounted AC unit in back bedroom. Hot water is always on so you should not need to touch this. We provide a detailed house manual.
Please be aware that a small Pug does live at the apartment. He won't be home during your visit but it is the home of dog owners.
We work very hard to make sure we’re punctual and available for checking in at a time that suits you best. We are here to help you to schedule an accurate check in time at the apartment, so please do use us to make sure your agreed check in time is as accurate as possible - please be aware that we can only wait up to one hour past you’re allotted check in time. Please let us know immediately of any delays as we can often work around issues with prior notice. We do charge £10 an hour for our staff waiting time once the hour has passed, especially if we do not hear from you regarding delays.
Please be sure to take out any rubbish you use.
Feel free to help yourself to tea, coffee and basic food items but if you finish something, please replace it.
Our cleaning fee covers linen hire and a 2-hour cleaning service which focuses on the main areas of the apartment e.g. the kitchen, the living room, bathroom(s), hoover & mopping of floors. You are able to pay for extra cleaning at £15 an hour and/or request for an end-of-tenancy deep cleaning at £120 for a one bed and £150 for a two bed.
Just a few of house rules:
No noise after 10pm
Please do not drink any of the alcohol
Please do not allow pets on the beds or furniture
Storage cupboard in hallway and bedroom wardrobes are locked.
If possible, please water plants inside and outside on the back balcony.
Finally, please make sure all dishes and crockery that you use are washed and put away in cupboards. We will need to charge a £10 fee for the cost of washing dirty dishes (including dishes that have been left clean or unclean in the dishwasher) as this is not included in the cleaning charges.
Other than that, please enjoy and treat it as it were your home! :)

When I'm not busy with White Rabbit Property Management, I love to take some time out to enjoy this lovely city. My favourite places are the Royal Opera House and the Serpentine Lido in Hyde Park. I love to dance and seeing shows in the west end is one of the highlights for me of being in London. I like to travel in style but am equally happy up a mountain as I am in the city. I love to get lost and explore new places by simply soaking up the atmosphere.
