Our apartment has been newly furnished, it is in a great location, quiet lane, private entrance, close proximity to bars, eateries, parks, museum along with other historical buildings. The Apartment is well fitted out with large open plan Kitchen /Lounge and Dining area, complete with cutlery,crockery, pots and pans, kettle, cooker, microwave, fridge, large TV,with Freesat, we also provide free high speed Wi Fi . Ideally located for public transport, taxis within walking distance and 1000 metres from train station, free car parking within 50 metres.
Historic Town, Castles Brodie and Cawdor , Falconer Museums, Award winning Grant Park and gardens, Walking & Cycling Trails, various Golf courses, nearest 1km , Benromach Whisky Distillery nearby and links with Whisky Trail, Cashmere Visitor Centre, Bird Watching,3 kms away Findhorn Beach, Fishing,Sea Adventure Trips, Loch Ness 50 kms away and easy access to the Highlands. Guests are met on arrival , normally after 1600hrs unless previously arranged, The owners business is located adjacent to apartment and we always try to welcome guests as well as wish them Bon voyage on checking out, which is usually 10am. The owner is available to help guests , with advice and directions most of the time, if not available members of his staff shall attend to guests needs in his absence. Full contact details along with internet passwords and instructions are all in our welcome manual found within the apartment along with some local attractions leaflets.
We are located very close to apartment , which is located down a private lane, however it is ideally located to enjoy the Forres High Street along with its array of shops, convenience stores, supermarket and municipal buildings. We shall try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and we always appreciate feedback from our guests. The apartment is a new venture , however we have been operating a more rural apartment outside Forres for a number of years, having been awarded four stars from VisitScotland for that property. We are hoping to get quality assurance for this apartment early next year. We value our guests feedback as this allows us to constantly improve our guests expectations.
Our flat is kept in a clean and tidy condition and we expect guests to return it in a similar condition. We provide guests with more than the usual facilities. King size double bedroom, along with plenty storage, full bathroom with shower over bath, sumptuous lounge area with more than adequate comfy seating, full kitchen with cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster basically a home from home. We are also able to offer a Travel cot and highchair for younger guests.
Check ins are after 16.00 unless previously agreed and check out is 10am. Guests shall be met by myself where possible or they are able to collect keys via key safe at door entrance, or at owners business premises adjacent to the apartment.
A welcome book shall give clear instructions on operating most things within apartment including network passwords. We require a minimum of two night stays. No pets and only guests on booking reservation to occupy our flat.
