My home comes with a Direct Ocean View, & minutes from all Panama City Beach has to offer: Pier Park shopping & night life, Fabulous local dining, Fishing charters, Sunset dolphin cruises, Gulf World Marine Park, Marina, Fishing Pier & Boat Dock. You’ll love the Sunrise & Sunset on the Emerald Coast viewed from your own private balcony, The spacious kitchen & living spaces, & the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
The direct views and the quiet location both on the beach and in the building itself.
Guests will have access to the entire home including balcony, hot tub, pools, two grilling areas, tennis courts, game room, exercise room, kiddie pool, beach swings, Tiki bar and grill.
Upon check in
The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate cooking just about anything from a quick crockpot meal to Christmas dinner. I just made an entire thanksgiving dinner for 10 and didn't have to go get any extra Tupperware, mixing bowls or pots or pans. There is a blender for all of your boat drinks.
Must be at-least 25 years of age to book (we want to keep our place family friendly)
******NO SMOKING IN UNIT, smoking on balcony permitted, IF you keep the balcony doors closed, dispose of your ashes and butts in the outdoor trash receptacles. DO NOT throw your ashes or butts over the balcony as this is against Florida State LAW. If the unit smells of smoke there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee in addition to any other violation of the house rules.
No pets allowed on premises per HOA unless they are a service animal or emotional support animal, then contact me for details ( if you meet the service/emotional support animal requirements there is an additional cleaning fee to ensure that the next guest isn't bothered by any allergens). We love pets; however our HOA doesn't allow them.
***Bath Towels are not to be used at the beach or pool there are plenty of beach towels provided (so you wont have to pack any).
No glass by the pool/hot tub area (safety first).
***Check out is at 10 a.m. sharp every 30 minutes past check out time you will incur an additional $75 fee. This is to ensure that the next guest can start enjoying their vacation on-time.
***Text Kimberly @ (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) when you are all checked out so she may start cleaning as soon as possible. She starts early, so don't be afraid to text her early. Thank you.
Follow Check out procedure located on the refrigerator. Please do the following as it significantly helps keep cleaning costs down. Thank you I know Kimberly (the greatest cleaning lady EVER) greatly appreciates your help.
*Load dishwasher and start (dish detergent provided for this)
*Remove ALL trash from the unit and dispose of in proper garbage chutes and or dumpsters. There is an additional $50 fee if Kimberly has to pick up or take out your trash.
*Strip sheets from the beds and place all used sheets in the hallway by the washer and dryer.
* Place all used towels and wash clothes in the hallway by the washer and dryer.
* DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PLACE COMFORTERS AND QUILTS ON THE FLOOR.
* Please start the first load of towels before you leave so the next guest can
check in and enjoy their vacation on time (laundry soap provided for this).

*Failure to follow check out procedure WILL result in additional cleaning/late fees.
