HI, Sue and I are both retired, have our large home all to ourselves and decided to convert the lower level to a guest suite. When we travel we stay in Airbnbs and have taken note from many of the special hosts and places we have stayed in order to offer you some of the best features we've experienced world-wide.
Our profile photo was taken while snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Adventure seeking is always a part of traveling for us. Our motto is "Do it while you can and do it with gusto!"
We are active and enjoy our hobbies at home, visits with our family and friends, traveling, backpacking, skiing and snowboarding. We always enjoy our travels but always feel that we are coming home to the best spot on earth.
Sue is a Master Gardener and can often be found out in the gardens planting, maintaining and expanding our landscaping and trails on our 2 1/2 acre lot. She invites you to tour the gardens while staying with us. She loves cooking, reading, Yoga, exercising, hiking, family and friends.
Allen collects, restores, rides and races vintage road race motorcycles and can often be found tinkering in the garage. He may be fine tuning his bikes for the next race, machining parts on the mill, powder coating or painting a bike part or redesigning his bikes for greater performance and durability.
Another motto…."Never a dull moment".
