Spacious apartment close to two waterfront parks, the shopping/restaurant district, and a Friday farmer's market.. You’ll love it because of the comfy, eclectic feel; the privacy.
We have child-proofed our space, though guests with children need to walk-through on arrival to make sure we haven't missed anything. Guests can contact us with additional child-proofing needs.
Note: we're on a main street, so there is some street noise. We're working to minimize that. And we're one block from the fire department, so as our guest you need to know there's a possibility of the alarm going off in the night (we've been hosts for six months without a night-time fire, but you need to be aware of the possibility).
We have a keycode lock, so you are free to check in anytime after 3 pm at your convenience, and to come and go as you like.
Access to the apartment is via the side porch. The apartment is on the second floor.
The kitchen comes supplied with a collection of organic herbs and spices and cookware. Use anything you need. There's a pantry with a few additional supplies and ingredients that we're adding to as we find single-serve or tamper-proof sources. We want you to feel at home at our place.
We live ten minutes from the apartment and are available by phone or message. We'll message your keycode after we've confirmed that the previous guest has checked out. If you're going to arrive after dark let us know and we'll leave the porch and stairs lights on for you when we do our final readiness check on the apartment.
Most of our interaction with guests is by message or phone, though we're always so happy to arrange to stop by and say hello, and we try to resolve questions or additional needs immediately.

- Apartment is in a residential neighborhood--please, no loud parties or excessive noise after 10pm.
