The apartment is on the beach street in the neighborhood Ing. Its very close to the Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC), like 5 minute walk. It is also five minutes from the beach Icarai. It has two markets (Pão de Açucar and Princesa) close, as well as grocery, pharmacy and bakery. It is halfway between Icarai and the center of Niterói. It is also easy to access Rio de Janeiro city, with bus stop really close, where it has several bus line options.
The apartment is very large, fresh and well illuminated. In the announced bedroom and living room, hit the morning sun. It is very quiet, because the window is facing inwards, not the street. Altogether there are four bedrooms, a maid room and two bathrooms. The residents of the house are film students from UFF, all are very receptive and friends. I am announcing my room because I'm going to travel, so I left my furniture for when I return. Until then the room is yours and would like you to feel at home.
I am announcing my room. But the person who stay here will be free to circulate in the common areas of the house, which are: living room, kitchen, service area with clothesline and washing machine and of course the bathrooms.
I will not be here during the stay of the guests, but the other people (three in total) will be here, available to help as possible. The person will have company for good conversations and eventually outgoings in Niterói and Rio de Janeiro. Will be part of the house really.
