Please Note:- My Apt is NOT in LONDON (see map). My Apt is downtown Ingersoll, close to several restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Via Rail and Greyhound. Small park close by with picnic benches, rock garden with waterfall, perfect for your morning coffee! Ideal for Cami/ GM, Conestoga/Ingersoll Skills Training Centre or for visiting family and friends in the area. 30 min drive to London, 35 min drive to Stratford and the Festival Theatres. 40 min drive to beach at Port Burwell.
The entrance to my apartment is on the street, right next to Tim Hortons.
My apartment is above commercial office space (a real estate office).
Once up the staircase you will find a spacious apartment, several windows providing lots of natural light.
There is enough room each side of the double bed to get in either side!

The whole apartment is for use except for one storage room ( door to this will be closed)
The door at the rear opens to a screen door which can be opened to allow the breeze to flow through ( when air con is not on)
I live 10 mins away from Ingersoll. I will try to meet you when you arrive to greet you. There is a lock box on the door for self check in, in case I may not be available.

If you can secure a parking space outside the apartment it is free street parking for up to 3 hours.
There are 2 free municipal parking lots nearby.
In WINTER months only ( Dec 1st - March 31st) the town of Ingersoll does not allow overnight street parking. If parking is required I can purchase a overnight parking permit for you to park in a municipal lot nearby ( at a small additional cost to your nightly rate).
My apt is above commercial office space and for that reason and the fact it has an openwell staircase it is not suitable for children.
In June 2017 the Bar a few doors away closed down. ( as mentioned in one guest review who said it was noisy)
- My apartment is above a commercial office space ( Real Estate Office). Please be especially considerate regarding noise during regular office hours 9-5pm Monday- Friday. For this reason and there is an open stairwell it is not suitable for children.

GARBAGE: Garbage pick up is very early Tuesday mornings. Garbage bags and tags are provided at the bottom of the stairs. Garbage and recyclables should be put out on curb Monday evening. Please do not leave any smelly garbage in unit. If when you leave you have a large garbage bag please text us to let us know. If a very small amount place in white bag and place in town bin next to apt.
DO NOT place any garbage or recyclables in Tim Hortons bin
