Our place is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with a loft and located in one of South Maui's most popular resorts Hale Kamaole. It has unobstructed views to the Pacific Ocean. No looking over rooftops, between buildings, or through trees which is why we call it the 'Best View on Maui'!

Our location is a 5 min walk to popular restaurants, bars, and shops. If you like the beach one of Maui's nicest beaches and parks Kamaole III is just across the street.

Our condo is our home away from home and has been completely remodeled. We are located on the second floor (stair access only) with no one above you. It is a large open 2 level 1277 sqft (119 sqm) unit and can comfortably sleep up to six. It is fully equipped to ensure your stay is relaxing, enjoyable, and a great value. It has a full kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 bedrooms both with NEW king beds (one upstairs and one down), 2 baths and a separate loft area with two twin beds. TVs in living and bedrooms. Free wireless internet and free long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada.

If you enjoy the beach it is only a 30 second walk away! No need to drive your car and search for a parking spot. Just grab the keikis (kids), your towel, a good book, and walk across the street to one of Maui's nicest beaches and parks Kamaole III. We have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkels, masks, fins, and other beach items for your use.

Our location is a five minute walk to popular restaurants, bars, and shops. The boat ramp is a 5 minute walk too. Many of the popular aquatic attractions leave from here including the famous Molokini Crater snorkeling trip, scuba diving, kayaking, and other activities.

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. HST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. HST.
NO Early Check-in or late check-out unless agreed with owner.

2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. All smoking must be done outside of the unit (with entry/exit doors closed) or a $125 smoke remediation fee will be charged.

3. Pets are not permitted in the condo under any conditions.

4. Renter is responsible for payment to repair ALL damages that occur during their stay including but not limited to:
a. Damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
c. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
d. No linens are lost or damaged.
e. NO Early check-in or late check-out unless agreed with the owner.
f. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by Hale Kamaole.

5. PAYMENT – A Credit Card may be used for the damage/reservation deposit and full payment.

6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge of $15.00 per person per night for guests in excess of four (4) will be assessed for anyone thirteen (13) or older.

7. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than four days, the guest will be charged the four night rate.

8. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup and a 1-2 day supply of hand, dish, and laundry soap, bathroom tissue and paper towels.

9. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the unit.

10. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.

11. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

12. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

13. PARKING PASSES – Parking passes are not required at Hale Kamaole. Parking is first come first serve. Please lock your vehicle when not in use.

14. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY : No refunds will be given, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

15. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to (URL HIDDEN) for details and to purchase.

What a great stay! The location was perfect! Michael provided beach chairs, towels, blankets, coolers, and many other beach gear and equipment! The rental property was very clean, AC blows cold (very important!), parking was easy! Very close to some great eateries (walking distance to Da Kitchen & Cafe O'Lei only 5 miles to Ululani's Shave Ice). Couldn't have gone any better!

This place is really true to its name! Beautiful view of the ocean that is right across the street. Our family was in Maui to celebrate my son'swedding, and I'm so glad we stayed at Michael's place. Plenty of parking available, easy entry with no keys to worry about losing, and everything was clean and stocked when we arrived. There was a nice guide book of Maui, along with guest books that described others' stays and a page to leave our impressions, as well. This place is very close to local eateries and plenty of shopping can be done in Kihei. I was very happy to return to this condo whenever we were done with activities like horseback riding and a tour of a pineapple plantation or the road to Hana. Very comfortable beds in the bedrooms with air conditioners and also in the loft with ceiling and floor fans. The weather was beautiful in June, and we didn't get too hot, but it was nice to sit on the balcony with the ocean breezes blowing. All in all, great place! I would definitely stay here again if I visited Maui again, and I hope to!

From the moment we arrived, it was home. No hotel feel or crowds. Just an easy entry into vacation in Maui. The home was spacious and the furniture comfortable. Adding the wifi and phone, cable and amenities, It was so much more relaxing than other hotels. And the view, there is a great reason this place is called the Best view on Maui! We scheduled our days on the sunsets. While the park below filled up with people, we sat in the living room with the curtains open or on the balcony and relaxed with the 1000 colors of a Maui sunset. The lanai cabinet with chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, etc made each beach day easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessities and extras that helped wrap up left overs or make basic meals. The beds were comfortable and the AC in the bedrooms helped on hot humid nights. Cooling off in the pool that was just steps away also helped in the evenings. I have stayed in many places in Kihei, but this was by far the most relaxing and it had everything that we could have wanted.
