Let your senses settle in the 'House of soft insights':
This mobile yurt invites you to literally crawl in the coat of a sheep. Surrounded by the smell of cedar and lavendel you are set cosy inbetween tender, warm and soft layers of felt.
The 'house of soft insights' comes with a flashlight, a self-inflatable mattress, a sleeping bag made out of wool and a matching sheet sleeping bag per person. You can either situate yourselves on top of the floor or below the floor, leaving you more living space inside the yurt.
You'll have the 'house of soft insights' all for yourselves during the night of 4th on 5th of June in the beautiful surroundings of the nature reserve Strabrechtse Heid. You'll have acces to a toilet at all times.
In case of heavy rain or storm there would be the possibility to seek shelter inside the Kapellerput.
If you are cold easily it is recommended to bring some own blankets. And well, bringing your own pillow could make this adventurous night out just a little more comfortable...

'Beelden op Reis - Home is where the House is' is a travelling exhibition featuring “temporary bivouacs for the modern nomad”.
For 'Home is where the House is' several artists, invited by different art institutions throughout the Meuse-Rhine Euregion, approached the issue of 'tiny houses' and 'off-grid living' from an artistic point of view. Visitors can not alone visit the exhibition for free during the day, but are invited to stay over in the inhabitable installations during the night.
These overnighters can be bought online, here on Airbnb.
By purchasing a stay you will get an adventurous night out, while helping 'Home is where the House is' to hit the road.
So, let's make this happen together!
Thank you all!
