SeaOats cottage is a gracious getaway for one or two adults in scenic Port Aransas. This beautifully constructed home was built as a Vacation Rental. Located on the 'quiet end' of 11th Street in Port Aransas, the SeaOats sits just below Chapel on the Dunes. No pets/no children, no infants.

All finishes in this home are high end, from the red oak flooring to the spacious travertine tile shower to the Texas pink granite on the counter tops. Finest stainless steel appliances appoint the kitchen. Make no mistake, there is no accommodation in Port Aransas that comes close to the comforts you will feel in the SeaOats Cottage. Sleeping for 2 adults only, relax, get away, rekindle, rejuvenate, and relive those past vacations when times were slower. No pets, and no smoking on the property.

Old Town Port Aransas is where the original settlers first built homes. It is close by schools, the beach, the churches, and you can get to many areas of interest quickly as well as dozens of restaurants and shopping. We provide our guests with tourist packets and maps. Be sure and ask for these. The Chapel on the Dunes is available for tours on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. Arrangements can be made through the Port Aransas museum(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

I was raised in Port Aransas and recently returned to the shore from the hill country. I have also taken over my mother's (Billie) Vacation Rental Property Management. AirBnb is now collecting Texas state hotel tax (6%) for us when you reserve a property but we still have to collect the Port Aransas city hotel tax (7%). We will be collecting this when our guests arrive or prior to arrival by card #.

We want our guests to feel welcome and comfortable with their surroundings so if you have paid the tax ahead of time we will just meet you at the cottage, get you checked in, and show you around a bit. It's a lovely property, set in the dunes grasses.
