Have a good time in Vienna!
Public transports in walking distance:
underground U6, U3
I prefer tram and bus over subway as those are safer and we have a very good public transport conncection in Vienna.
You can take tram nr. 46 for 9minutesn (until last stop Dr.Karl-Renner-Ring) or you can also walk there about 20minutes.
On working days (Mo-Fr) you need to buy a parking ticket.
On Saturday and Sunday parking is free. (except from some places in the 15th district, however I'm living in the 16 th district, close to 6, 7,8- so it will be free)
For Friday I would suggest that you park at the "Parkgarage Lugner City" adress: Moeringgasse 20, 1150 Wien.
0,70€/ per hour
If you arrive on Friday, the cheapest way is to park your car there until 19:00 (7 pm) and afterthat you park at a normal parking lots because it is free. From the "Parkgarage Lugner City" you can walk 7-10min to the flat. (just straight it's already the right street)
Otherwise you can also park from the beginning on a normal parking lot (which is more expensive and I would not recommand it as parking in the Parkgarage Lugner City is usually cheaper and safer.
Prices if you park in a parking lot in the "Kurzparkzone" (short time parking zone):
15 Min: free
30 Min: 1 Euro
60 Min: 2 Euro
90 Min: 3 Euro
120 Min: 4 Euro

My name is Andrea, I'm 23 and I'm studying law and development studies in Vienna. Even though I'm mainly using airbnb to look for a great place to stay when I'm abroad I also offer my room sometimes when I'm travelling. I'm currently living together with two students from Germany who do an internship in Vienna. They work all day so you won't see each other very much. They are friendly, quite and easy-going people :)
