This modern one bedroom apartment is the perfect inner city pad for anyone wanting all conveniences on their doorstep with significant green space in all directions. I've lived in Melbourne for many years and found this location to be the best.
This memorable one bedroom apartment in an unbeatable location is near to Albert Park Lake and the Botanic Gardens. Perfectly positioned on the first floor, a welcoming sunlit easterly aspect overlooks tree lined St Kilda road.
This open plan living room/kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking, electric oven and dishwasher. Lounge room has easy access to a private balcony. There is an office space and the separate bedroom has built in robes. Bathroom is modern and the laundry comes complete with a tumble dryer. Excellent complex security includes key-less entry, A/C and a secure undercover car park for one car.
Within the apartment you will have everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal, but you may just want to explore all the cafes and dining options in the city or in the neighbourhood itself.
You will also be able to enjoy all the luxuries of home; reverse cycle aircon and heating will keep the temperature just right or kick back on the couch and enjoy digital TV or a DVD. With a Samsung Smart TV, your stay also includes access to Stan and Netflix. There is also a docking station with iPod connectivity as well as a stack of CDs and DVDs for your use.

Neighbours in this building are quiet and keep to themselves. It's expected that you would also behave in this way. A security company regularly patrols the building and loud partying is not tolerated by the Building Managers. If a complaint is made about the noise and a security guard attends the apartment, the call out cost will be incurred by the guest/s. All rules of the building are expected to be followed by guests during their stay. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. Turn on the rangehood for cooking; a callout fee if the fire department attends due to excessive smoke will be charged to the guest. Smoking must be outside on the balcony with the apartment door closed. No pets without prior approval by the Building Managers.
