Located on a hillside in Shady Cove. This is a spacious brand new 300 sq foot tiny home. The tiny house is located on our private property. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

Set among mature Madrones and Pines with views of the evergreen mountains, you will be using all your senses to discover what Oregon is all about. Lots of fun wildlife! Kid friendly, Inviting & Comfortable, 3BR 2BA + office in a clean and safe neighborhood. All the comforts of home will meet you at our door in the peaceful town of Central Point, OR. Here you'll find excellent local restaurants, shops, and parks that will make your stay enjoyable. Less than a mile from Interstate 5, its a great location for travelers. A quick 15 minute drive to Jacksonville, 25 mins to either Ashland or Grants Pass, Central Point is an ideal spot for both work and play.

Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem! Nestled in the mountains on Old Stage Road, this tiny home will be your cozy, peaceful retreat away from it all. Important note on directions: Google Maps has recently been directing guests to the neighboring property with a brown gate. Our entrance is just less than 100 yards south of that, and our gate is open and silver. Please make sure to check the house numbers carefully — we are directly on Old Stage Road.
