In a safe/quiet neighborhood with easy and free street parking, a few blocks from Seattle Pacific Uni. and the Ship Canal Trail. Has electric fireplace, A/C, and fast WIFI. Welcome to The Trees House! This is a newly renovated, private, second-floor walk-up. Enjoy natural views from your private deck, where you can grill dinner on the propane grill or relax by the glow of the tabletop outdoor fire bowl. Inside, you'll find an exceptionally comfortable queen-size bed and a sofa that is very comfortable for one person to sleep on, and there are extra linens in the living room closet. Stay entertained with personal streaming and live TV on the Fire TV.

Our unique cottage resort is situated right on the water's edge. Cottage #1 is the easternmost of three attached units. The hot tub is outside of Cottage #1 and is shared among all three units.
