Mountain-view RV near YNP/Chico on 25 acres

This RV is most comfy for 2 adults and 2 kids, due to 2 beds being bunk beds, 32" x 70". The table turns into almost a full bed, best for 1 adult and there is a very comfy queen bed with a privacy door. All amenities are here except a washer/dryer. There is a gas stove and oven, propane bbq, refrigerator/freezer, heat/AC, tv with Amazon firestick and dvd's , table, chairs & rockers & roasting sticks to relax around the campfire. Beautiful views, sunsets, wildlife and birds await you!

3 Nite minimum stationery rental (with NO driving allowed in RV). Mystic Mountain RV Retreat is perched atop Livingston's prestigious High Ground subdivisions. Accommodations views include several mountain ranges and the Yellowstone River! We can also discuss moving it somewhere for an extra fee. Septic is hooked up to sewer on the property (so no need to drive anywhere for dumping). Limiting to 2/3 people ($12.00 extra person fee per nite after the first 2 guests).

Situated on our 3 acres, we are only 1 mile from beautiful downtown Bozeman and 20 minutes from Bridger Bowl. There is a local coffee shop (Treeline), local bakery (Wild Crumb), local deli (Fink's), and 2 breweries (Mountains Walking & Bozeman Brewing Co) within walking distance. The walking trail system is accessible from a gate on our property also.
