Set in a perfect coastal location, a few minutes walk to the beach and the heart of Mumbles village, with its many restaurants, bars, boutique shops and miles of beautiful coastline and walks. The cottage offers 2 large bedrooms, a cosy lounge with a comfortable double bed settee, separate dining room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. The large sun trap garden is quiet and peaceful with a fire pit and outdoor seating. You can be assured of a perfect costal retreat.

My place is very close to the beach (3 minute walk), Wales Coastal Path (1 minute walk) and Oxwich Bay Hotel (3 minute walk). You’ll love my place because of the privacy, ambience, outdoors space (backdrop of a wood), neighbourhood, and 50 Mbs FTTP Wifi. It is good for couples or a family, for the beach, or lots of walks, or functions at Oxwich Bay Hotel. Central heating & double glazing makes this a wonderful place to stay during the chillier months too. Perfect for a relaxing break by the sea, watching the tides and being as one with nature. A much larger than average open plan living area. This home is over 42ft long x 14ft wide. Beach access is 2 minutes walk. Sorry there is NO WIFI

The apartment is ideally located only a short walk from Langland Beach and 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk to the picturesque village of Mumbles. This is a perfect base to explore the beaches of Gower and enjoy the surf, swimming, sunbathing and walking on offer.

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.

We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.
