This room is ideal for you if you are looking for comfort in easy surroundings. It is close to the university, 150 meters from the tram stop, which goes to the university as well, or if you go the other way, it goes down town. The neighbourhood is very relaxed and green, with many children families. The garden and the kitchen are shared areas, and there is one shared toilet. We are a family of 5, and occasionally we have other guests. There is free parking, and we are a child friendly house.

The 50 m2 home built in 2020 has its own kitchen, bathroom, living room and also an entrance hall, which can also be used as a bedroom for the creative. From the living room there is access to a lovely balcony, where there is also a small storage room. It is also possible to use a shared laundry near the department. At a short distance you will find shopping opportunities, a good selection of takeaway, the sports park and also the light rail. You are within a short distance of everything.

Placed in beautiful nature with 20 min. drive to beaches, marinas and Odense. The home is perfect for family-holidays, teambuilding and workshops. There is a park around the house with small lakes, playground and fireplace. It's possible to order meals and different kind of teambuilding experiences.
