Welcome to the most seaside houses in Estonia! The serene nature of mini villa blends in with the surrounding nature, offering invigorating surroundings and breath-taking views of the sea. The mini villa is located directly on the coastal shore overlooking the scenic sea. The bed, kitchen, living room and even the shower all open up directly onto the island-studded bay. Mini villa has dark tinted glass (not mirror glass), letting the colors and light of nature vividly directly into the room.

Merekivi Apartment on mereäärne uus valgusküllane korter Haapsalu vanalinnas. Avatud köögi, walk-in garderoobi, kahe magamistoa, avara vannitoa ning saunaga 100 m2 korter mahutab mugavalt neli inimest. Elutoa lahtikäiv diivan võimaldab paigutada kaks lisa magamiskohta. Meretuultele avatud rõdu on parim paik õhtupäikese ja imeilusate loojangute nautimiseks. Korter asub 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Haapsalu vanast piiskopilinnusest, rannapromenaadist, restoranidest ja kauplustest.

Rannamäe Kaevumaja

Pakume elamusmajutust kahele inimesele. Majakese 2. korruselt avaneb vaade igasse ilmakaarde, sul on võimalik vaadata päikesetõusu ja – loojangut. Maja ümbritsevad meri, linnud ja loodus. Maja 1. korrusel võid tunda mõnu saunast.Tualett on õues, majast 20 sammu kaugusel. Parkimine on 50m majakesest. Maja ümber on terrass. Kui oled valmis nautima nii päeval kui ööl tuult, merekohinat ja linnuhääli, on see kohake just Sinule puhkamiseks mõeldud. Siin saada lõõgastuda ja aja maha võtta.

Jüri vanalinna maja

Armas Haapsalu vanalinna ärklikorter, kus sinu kasutada on kaks õdusat magamistuba, avar ja valgusküllane köök-elutuba ning pesuruum. Siia mahutab mõnusalt kuni 4 täiskasvanut (viies ase on lastele). Korteri juurde kuulub ka rõdu vaatega lossitornile ja vanalinna majakestele. Lisaks saavad külalised kasutada suveõhtute nautimiseks meie privaatset sisehoovi. Rohkem vanalinna südames paikneda ei saakski - kiviviske kaugusel on nii promenaad, Väike Viik kui linnus. Tere tulemast!

Liiva Haus

You will feel right at home when staying at the Liiva Haus. There is plenty of space for your belongings, and the kitchen is a great place to create a cozy atmosphere that will make your stay intimate and homely. If you are traveling with friends, the two-room house offers enough space to stay together, but also privacy so that everyone has their own place. In and around Kärdla, there are several seaside areas, natural monuments, hiking trails, and shops and cafes to enjoy.

Family friendly sauna house

Our sauna house includes fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a large folding sofa, a toilet, a bathroom, and sauna. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy queen bed accompanied by a crib for your little one. Additionally, two relaxation spots crafted with netting offer the perfect place for relaxation. Next to the sauna house awaits a hot tub, a grilling area and a cozy camping spot with two beds. In the garden, a greenhouse awaits, provides vegetables during the summer months.

Matsi Maria Small

Matsi Maria Small (Poemaja Väike) got its name from the local store that once stood here in the 1960s, where villagers gathered to share news, enjoy homemade food, and sip beverages. Today, you can still enjoy this charm, with the added perks of a hot sauna, a dip in the sea, and stunning nature views from the terrace. For socializing, visit Poemaja Suur (Matsi Maria Big) or relax with a barbecue at our grill house. A perfect seaside retreat for relaxation and adventure!

Silma Retreat The Hobbit House

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.

Minivilla in the forests of Kassari with sauna

Do you want an authentic tiny house experience? If so, our recently built modern tiny house is waiting for you in the middle of forests in Kassari. You'll be amazed by what just 20+10 m2 of space can offer for you - cosy living room, full size kitchen, bathroom with shower, relaxing sauna area and private bedroom space on the upper level of the house. As Kassari is known for it's horseback riding tours, you may also see some horses riding by the house :)
