The inside of Otium is designed with the colors and textures of nature, seamlessly blending with the surroundings, but furnished with luxury linens and all the comforts of home! This 3 level spacious lodge sleeps 16! It has a built-in covered hot tub, pool, outdoor grill and patio, large deck and 7 acres of private land to enjoy! This lodge has everything you need for a long getaway! Large kitchen and communal spaces for family hangouts. The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. The middle level bathroom has a jet tub! Near Mohican State Park!

Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.

As the day turns into night, enjoy gooey marshmallows over the campfire while listening to the bullfrogs sing.

There is no TV in the cabin, so you can enjoy the natural setting of the cabin without distraction. NOTE: there is a walking path and steps to get to the cabin, steps up to the front door, and an open staircase to the sleeping loft. The driveway to the cabin is up hill and gravel, accessible by all cars in the Spring/Summer/Fall.
