The name comes from the base of the statue of Athena in downtown Athens. The decor references the goddess and her attributes with an updated Southern take on old-school European charm. Inside are 18 ft. vaulted ceilings with rough hewn beams, antique windows, hardwood floors, and attention to detail.The kitchen is nicely equipped with full sized appliances and bar seating.The sleeping loft has privacy and great views with a queen bed and plenty of storage.

Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).
