Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.

The Breeze is a small and stylish studio apartment located in a quiet, beach side street in Maroochydore. Surrounded by local shops, coffee and eats, The Breeze offers a blissful escape with the ocean lapping only 400m away. Situated on the ground floor of our two-storey family beach house, The Breeze has its own private entry. The apartment has been generously prepared with thoughtful touches like french linen bedding, floor to ceiling storage and a number of streaming services provided.

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. "Pelican Suite" is purpose built, self-contained accommodation located on the canals of idyllic Pelican Waters, Caloundra. With its own private courtyard & entrance it is ideal for a couple, or a couple with a small child, or for someone on business. Very modern and beautifully styled, the suite is the perfect getaway to relax and recharge! It is only a short walk to Golden Beach and Pelican Waters Shopping Centre for groceries. Close by are many wonderful cafes, bars & restaurants.

Duckin two

Duckin Two is a studio apartment designed for couples who would like to relax and take in the nature and surroundings, with your own seperate bathroom. Amenities include bar fridge, kettle and toaster. You will also be provided with tea and coffee supplies. We now have put a microwave in the studio for your convenience. You can also have access to the Deck area including a BBQ and Swim spa that we use in summer to cool down , it’s not a hot tub ! But lovely on a summers night :)

Cotton Tree Queenslander Apartment

Step behind the front wall into an oasis. This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander in a quiet street, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

This stylish, comfortable one bedroom accommodation features air conditioned lounge/dining/kitchen, separate bathroom + private entrance & courtyard with garden outlook.

'Seldom Inn' - Mudjimba Beach

This light and airy air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite is ideally situated at Mudjimba Beach. Self-contained with its own private entrance, it is located in a very quiet street one block away from the surf, cafes, restaurants and shops. Guests can park right outside the door. Facilities include a bar fridge, free-to-air TV and Wifi, DVDs, toaster and complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities.
