Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

Place is within walking distance to ballygawley with all the essential shops, bars and restaurants. Great access to M1 . 5 mins from Todd’s leap activity centre. Robins Nest enjoys a great location close to Dublin a few Km to Stunning beaches and a short distance from so many historic sites such as Newgrange Oldbridge House and Mellifont Abbey. We are situated a 3 minute drive from the train station .The Dublin 101 bus and local town bus is on our doorstep

The Annex is situated in the countryside enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside and yet only 5 mins by car into Cookstown. Cookstown is in the centre of Northern Ireland and is easily accessible from all parts of the country. We are beside the Cookstown 100 road race.Local attractions are killymoon golf course,Lough fea, wellbrook beetling mill,Davagh Forrest mountain bike trials. We are approx one hour drive from the north coast,international airport and ferry terminals.

Get away from it all and enjoy the tranquil country surroundings of Mature gardens.
