After a full day of skiing, biking, golfing, or hiking, enjoy the community hot tub (open) or pool (open through 22nd September). The one-bedroom unit is located on the ground floor, offering mountain views. Wi-Fi, DirecTV, and Blu-ray are available. There is plenty of uncovered parking. Nearby Ogden city boasts the third-best Main Street in America (historic 25th Street)!

Come relax in this quaint town at our condo. It is a great spot to visit for the winter ski season. It's also next to a Pineview Resevoir which a lot of people go to during the summer. Ideal for a small family or group. You will be granted access to the outdoor pool (summer season), a year-round outdoor hot tub, a dry sauna, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course, and a clubhouse within the vicinity! Within walking distance of grocery store, shopping, Utah state, or Logan canyon! Building is older and is not cosmetically perfect but this is a great area! **Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.**
